Persuade your stakeholders. But how?

We all have this question! There are as many answers as there are stakeholder thinking styles and contexts.

But don’t worry; we’ve got this. We already know how to embrace human complexity and context. We already stop ourselves from judging people with a different thinking style from our own. We can solve at the inter-personal level by listening to understand, rather than reacting and assuming.
