try-it-out day

This engagement consists of a single day in which I meet with a participant or two, one at a time, in front of your stakeholders. We haveĀ a discussion-style listening session. It’s meant to demonstrate the difference and breadth that listening and developing cognitive empathy can bring to your organization’s mindset.

The day is also meant to give stakeholders more of an understanding of problem-space research, to see whether they are at a stage where it would be necessary.

Investment usually costs: USD$2,500-$5,000 (for organizations local to the Bay Area only)
