Courses

Listening Deeply (foundation course)
New course videos complement the book. Listening is the foundation for inclusivity and for new opportunities to support more people. Having clear techniques for understanding a person’s interior cognition helps you consider how well you are helping people achieve their purpose.

Part 1: Emergent Data Synthesis (Concepts & Summaries)
Powerful new course videos & materials. Bias spreads into your “insights” when you skip analysis of transcripts. Preserve the perspective of what people convey through two-step data synthesis. It’s clear, simple, and even has comics. Everyone can do it!

Part 2: Emergent Data Synthesis (Cultivate Patterns)
Unparalleled course reveals unbiased patterns. Typical affinity groups are based on nouns, sequence, observations, or research attributes. You can create a more representative understanding of people’s perspectives. Your org will see clearer opportunities and gaps as a result.

Thinking Styles of a Purpose
Course will be updated in 2024. Thinking styles are the archetypes behind all characters you use in scenarios or journey maps. Thinking styles are deeply researched; characters are imagined. Thinking Styles vary by people’s purpose, like various mindset hats people wear.

- You complete all 6 video courses (9-12 hours of short videos per course)
- You actively participate in exercises during all four Live Practice meetings for each of the 6 courses. This is how Indi has a chance to assess your level of understanding. Live Practice for each course is offered every few months. (Currently Indi offers about three Live Practice series per year, so getting Certification takes a couple of years.)
